I got a fast car.
You got a car with a little bit of rubber,
keeping us slow when the slow is good,
and we’re loving the life in between,
in between.
Dolled up right for yesterday
and hunting tomorrow
in a hungry way,
gotta go, gotta go, gotta
go again, cause that’s surely
most all that we know.
Oh that’s surely most all
That we know.
We know.

You look so beautiful , so pretty !!! And your car seems classic. I don’t know how I abruptly bumped into your site but I guess it was worth it.

Pam, I meant to write and tell you that I bought my first car, a 1973 Ford Mustang Fastback, that looked like a Mach 1, but I don’t think was supercharged like the Mach 1. One of my first cousins had that model. But I got my car that school bus gold color because I drove the school bus in my Junior and Senior year in high school during that time. Yes, students were able to drive the school bus back then in the 70s so that’s how I saved up my coins ($2.00/hr) to get my first car. I was so proud. Girl, oh how I miss that car!

Oh that’s so cool! But honestly, if mine was supercharged, I was oblivious, which is quite possible. We had some great cars and we definitely should have kept them — apparently they’re worth quite a lot now.

Oh my gosh Pam, girl, if only we knew right? But you gotta admit, we had some pretty cool cars, and back then we looked pretty cool driving them! 😜
